Lincoln Theatre Guild Presents Dearly Departed at the Lincoln Cultural Center September 21st – 23rd Denver Performance Dates to be Announced

Denver / Lincolnton, NC - The Lincoln Theatre Guild is pleased to announce the cast and performance dates for the production of, Dearly Departed. This lively comedy is set in the Baptist backwoods of the Bible Belt, with the beleaguered Turpin family proving that living and dying in the South are seldom tidy and always hilarious. The performance dates are September 21st, 22nd, and 23rd at the Lincolnton Cultural Center in Lincolnton, NC. Dates for the Denver performances are still to be determined. Tickets are $10 for adults and $7 for students and senior citizens. The public will get a glimpse of the characters in costume as they roam the streets during the Apple Festival with flyers on September 15th in Lincolnton, NC.

The Lincoln Theatre Guild has been offering professional-quality community theatre productions to Lincoln County since its establishment in 1981. A member of the Lincoln Arts Council, the Guild’s mission is to bring the passion of the performing arts to the area through providing quality live theatrical entertainment in a supportive environment for the enjoyment and education of the greater community. The Guild’s annual Drama Camp has become such a popular youth summer program that it expanded to two weeks in 2003.
